It has been a pretty active season already (we are not even out of June and we are on our 4th named storm)As a reminder, during any storm warning or watch issued for ANY part of Florida, no coverage can be bound. This causes havoc with real estate closings so we recommend securing insurance in advance for any closing during hurricane season.

It is also imortant to make sure you or your mortgage comapny pay the renewal premium on time as this may cause a lapse in coverage during a storm.
